10 Minute Prep Meal- Pork Tenderloin with Cheesy Herb Black Bean Pasta

Ok, so for those like me who are tired at the end of the day or have no time to cook..here is an easy, healthy meal that you can prep in less than 10 minutes!!!  AND..only takes about 20 minutes to cook.

Not only is this meal fast, but you can make it for less than $10 (3 servings) and it is essentially no clean up.  Can’t beat that!

So hear is the beginning of my 10 minute prep meals!

Pork Tenderloin with Cheesy Herb Black Bean Pasta

1 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 box Annie’s Homegrown Cheddar and Herb Chicken
14.5 oz. Black Beans
Spice Rub of your choice (any dried, herb mixture will do). I use a bell pepper and garlic mix
Oil for coating

Prepare Annie’s cheddar and herb pasta as if making the vegetarian way (omitting chicken and replacing with black beans) in the microwave (you simply add water, milk, spice packet, pasta and beans to a 2 qt. microwave-safe casserole dish).  Cook for 12-14 minutes.

While that is cooking, take out pork tenderloin and lightly coat with oil.  Sprinkle and press spices onto the tenderloin.  Cook on heated grill for 15 to 20 minutes. (Make sure internal temp reaches 165 and is no longer pink)

Add a tossed green salad or sliced fresh veggies and dip.  Serve!
