Barilla PLUS Recipe 103- Family Friendly

1 (16 oz.) box Barilla PLUS- Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta

1 cup- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (reduced-fat)

1/2 cup- 1% Milk

1 lb. Lean, White Ground Turkey

1 can Condensed Tomato Soup- Low Sodium

1% Milk

Cook pasta according to directions. In small saucepan, cooking over medium heat, melt cheese and blend with 1/2 cup of milk. Set Aside. Cook ground turkey in saute pan until brown. To turkey, add condensed soup. Then fill half of the soup can with milk and add milk to turkey mixture. Cook over medium heat until just about boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add cheese mixture to pasta and stir. Add turkey mixture to pasta and stir. Serve.

TIP: You can add an easy vegetable and/or fruit for a side dish to make this a quick, easy, well-balanced meal for the whole family.
