Having Trouble Sticking to Your Diet? Just Exercise!

If you have decided to start eating healthier, but are having a hard time getting motivated enough to make better food choices, just exercise.  When you exercise you feel better about yourself and you feel more connected to your purpose and goals of achieving a healthy weight. You will feel a sense of accomplishment and every successful step will make you feel that much closer to achievement.  This will cause a cyclic effect that will make you want to eat healthier, which will make you want to exercise more.  Eventually, you will develop the habit.
