Healthy Chicken Salad Wrap

1 10oz. can white-meat chicken in water, drained
1 TBSP, dried cranberries (heaping Tablespoon)
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 apple, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
salt and pepper

1 1/4 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar

Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well blended and set aside.  In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients and drain to remove excess water.  Pour dressing over meat mixture and combine.  Store in refridgerator.

Serve in a whole grain wrap or whole grain pita with lettuce or other green leaf vegetables.
