Kachow! Beans

OK, so I really like Cars the movie and was thinking of a nifty little name for a high fiber, high protein packed snack and "Kachow!" was the first thing that came to mind :)

14.5 oz can of Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Spaghetti sauce (1/4 cup, give or take)
Fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded (grated parm is OK, if you don’t have any fresh cheese handy)

Mix beans and sauce (enough to cover beans) and sprinkle cheese on top.  You can eat cold or heat up, whichever you prefer.  Try both ways!  Simple, easy, highly nutritious snack.

For an extra "kick" you can serve warm adding some grilled chopped onions.
