Not Your Average Oatmeal

"Not Your Average Oatmeal" by Kim Bither

1/4 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Stoneyfield nonfat french vanilla yogurt (make sure it is the non-fat one and not the whole milk version)
Handful of red grapes (about 1/4 cup), sliced into halves
1/4 apple, chopped, skin removed
heaping teaspoon of chopped walnuts

Mix oatmeal and water.  Cook in microwave for 1 min., 30 sec.  Careful, bowl may be hot.  Mix in all other ingredients and Enjoy!
