Orange Vanilla Protein Smoothie

8 oz of no-pulp orange juice (I use a valencia orange juice made by Bolthouse Farms.  A little more pricey, but very tasty. However any non-pulp OJ will do)
2/3 of a serving of protein powder (I use Shaklee which normally calls for 3 scoops per serving, however I use only 2)
1 TBSP of Non-Fat French Vanilla Yogurt (I use StoneyField)
Ice Cubes

Mix all ingredients in a blender and on high-power (ice-crushing) blend until almost smooth (There will always be some ice chunks left).  Enjoy!
